Animated long film

HORI Takahide [Japan]

This science-fiction stop-motion animated film is set in a futuristic world where humans live on the earth’s surface and clones live underground. This film revamps comparisons of god vs. human and spirit vs. flesh and applies them to the case of human vs. clone, and humorously asks the question of what actually makes humans human using puppet animation images that have a sense of reality.
