Outline

This work – inspired by an electronic musical instrument called theremin – can be seen as a study of electromagnetism, transforming it into low frequency audio material. ÆTER “listens” to the nature, technology and the visitor, as well as itself, captures and translates the electromagnetic phenomena into an immersive sonic environment. It invites to expand not only our perception of the world, but also our own perception apparatus.
